Pastor Mike Ennis

Senior Administrator

Pastor Ennis has been pastoring Victory Baptist Church for 42 years. He has been involved in the ministry of VCA since its founding in 1980.

Mrs. Brenda Howard

Principal, Learning Center Supervisor

Brenda has been active in the ministry of VCA since 2001. In 2016 she became the principal. She received Bachelor of Science in Bible and Elementary Education from Pillsbury Baptist Bible College.

Miss Beth Frigo

Learning Center Supervisor

Beth began working at VCA in 2015. She taught preschool through first grade and now supervises in the Upper Learning Center. Beth received a Bachelor of Science in Music Performance from Tennessee Temple University, Master of Arts in Voice Performance from Bob Jones University, and a Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Bob Jones University.

Mrs. Renee Dollar

Kindergarten and 1st Grade Teacher

Prior to coming to VCA in 2022, Renee was an elementary school teacher for 35 years, mostly teaching first grade. She received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Pillsbury Baptist Bible College. She also received her teacher’s certifications in Minnesota and Florida.

Mrs. Jeanine Garrison

Learning Center Assistant

Jeanine has worked at VCA in the Upper Learning Center since 2017. She received a Bachelor of Science in Library Science at Ball State University.

What type of church is VCA associated with?

Victory Christian Academy is a ministry of Victory Baptist Church in Kokomo, Indiana. Victory Baptist Church is an independent and traditional congregation in the historic Biblical tradition. Though an independent family of believers,we are completely dependent upon God. He is the reason for our existence. It is in and through Him that we endeavor to rightly divide the Holy Scriptures and minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We, as a congregation, prayerfully seek God’s leadership through the Holy Bible for all matters of faith and practice.

How long has VCA been open?

VCA has been in operation since 1980, and has gone through two name changes since its founding. Victory Christian Academy was originally named Temple Heights Baptist Academy when the school began in 1980. In 1984 the school was moved to Center, Indiana, and the name was changed to Center Road Christian Academy. In 1987 the school was once again moved to its current location in Kokomo, Indiana, and its name changed to Victory Christian Academy.

Victory Baptist Church is blessed to be able to provide a K-12 Christian education to the community.

The average annual tuition cost per student in grades 1-12 is less than $3,000.
